Obesity is an epidemic in our country. It is one of the fastest growing health problems that is not allowing people to live at their full health potential and resulting in premature death.
For some members of this site you may not necessarily be thinking about the health component, but instead you may want to lose weight in order to “look good”. We are all for that, believe me, it is an important part of self confidence and feeling good about yourself. We constructed this course, however, so that you could lose the weight you want and look good but without sacrificing health and safety. It is literally a win-win situation. No more dangerous fad diets that only work short term. Now you will learn health principles that will allow you to be a long term weight loss success story.
Don’t let the simplicity of the course fool you. Simple, basic actions done consistently are the key to long term weight loss. Not restricting calories to 500/day or working out for 6 straight hours.
Here is how the program works:
The information is broken into 12 modules. Think of each module as a bite size piece of laser focused information about health and weight loss. What we have intended to do here is strike a great balance between information and action. We don’t want you to spend all day listening, watching and reading. We do know, however, that there is a certain amount of information you must receive so you know why you are doing what you are doing.
Your job is simple. Stay focused on the module at hand. Watch all the videos, listen to all the audios, read all the documents, and most importantly complete the action plan.
A new module becomes available for you each week you are in the program. I thought about making them all available to you from day 1 but I want you to stay focused only on the present module. I don’t want you to skip around to what you would “like” to work on or “skip” modules completely because you don’t think they are important. It is all important, and it all matters.
Another thing, don’t try and “stock pile 3 or four modules and go through them in a day or over a weekend. That defeats the purpose of bite-sized doable chunks. Remember the old saying “inch by inch, everything is a cinch”.
Be excited because you can do this. I believe in you and won’t let you fail. The only way you can fail is to quit. Now is your chance to push yourself and grow as a human being and prove to yourself that anything is possible.
